A life in the corner, looking from far

I'm a shade, smiling at the camera

A poster perfect smile is simulated

Camera gone, smile already faded

Truth is hidden under that smile

But I knew it only lasted awhile

Surround me with things I adore

Mind is still hurting like before

Alone with my company again

I've still got ghosts in my brain

As long my smile is just painted
