Lonely not alone

How come loneliness is consuming

It's sneaking up on me, it's looming

I feel lonely even if I'm not alone

A hole so deep it reaches my bone

When the voices throw a tantrum

It's real to me but only a phantom

No matter how many around me

My mind will always feel lonely

In my own company, I despise

Self-hate obscures what are lies
